SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes 7-10 days to produce your order.  All products are made-on-demand and we do not have stock immediately available. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely start production on the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (US Only).

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover and more.

My shipping address is considered a Remote Area. What do I do?

A Remote Area is defined as a post code or in the absence of post code, a suburb /town name that is difficult to serve.  Orders to these remote areas will be shipped with the best courier possible, typically using your local post for final delivery.  Due to the large variety of global post codes, we are unable to alert you if your delivery location is in a remote area during checkout.  If you think your location may be considered remote, please check prior to ordering.  If you are in a remote location, please select standard shipping.

We do not guarantee delivery times to remote areas but estimate 10 days additional, however this can be longer.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to make changes with your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order status says processing or awaiting shipment. What does that mean?

“Processing” or “Completed” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.”

Why was my order cancelled or declined?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please contact your credit card provider.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately, though we do allow a 30 minute grace period to cancel your order. Simply log into your account and click “orders”, there will be an option to cancel your order for 30 minutes from the time you place your order.

What type of material is used?

We use a buttery soft poly-cotton blend specifically developed for bright vivid colors, durability and pill resistance.Machine wash and dry safe.

How do I wash and dry my apparel?

All SoScribbly apparel is machine wash and dry safe. Bright colors and designs will not crack, peel or fade.We recommend washing and drying as normal.
